These state-of-the-art provers are suited to almost any baking application, making them a must-have piece of equipment for your bakery.

We have two different brands to choose from, depending on your baking requirements.

Convair provers are manufactured using prefabricated panels and are supplied in flat-pack style for easy assembly on site. A heat and humidity generator module can be fixed to either side of the prover room (sold separately). For the retard cycle, a proprietary drop-in refrigeration plant is used that is controlled 24/7 on the control module.

The Paramount provers are available in single and double door models, constructed with durable stainless steel and fitted with convenient windows as standard. These provers also feature reach-in cabinets with adjustable shelves and are supplied on wheels for easy installation, placement and cleaning.
